What happens when four top interior designers are given a blank creative canvas–and the “paints” they experiment with are the thousands of custom possible creations in the Rowe and Robin Bruce lines? The resulting spaces are a feast for the eyes and imagination! This spring at market, we are thrilled to introduce an exciting collaboration between Rowe and a hand-selected group of designers, showcasing their favorite aspects of our offerings through a unique creative lens. Can’t wait until market to get your eyes on their custom creations? Read on for a sneak peek at what inspired each design, and what you can expect to see when My Rowe Design 2018 is unveiled!

Sita MontgomeryTimeless Elegance from Sita Montgomery

Sita Montgomery is a Salt Lake City, Utah-based interior designer known for fresh color choices and an expert’s touch at mixing pattern and texture. Her work is sought after for many reasons, but her greatest strength is in balancing beauty with function, creating spaces that are current and on-trend but also truly timeless.

Standout Selection

Sita’s choice of the Bailey Dining Chair combines the curvaceous Old World beauty of a French oval back chair with a crisp modern stripe, creating a look that’s pure “now.”

Influenced by the delicate pastels and chinoiserie-inspired style of the fabric she chose for her Fuller Swivel Chair, Sita created a space that embodies her “New Traditional” style. Mixing traditional elements such as tufting and turned wooden legs with sleek modern lines and upholstery, Sita’s space is a relaxing oasis that welcomes guests with ease, without sacrificing elegance and grace.

Parker Kennedy In the Garden with Parker Kennedy

Co-founded by Georgia-based interior designers Lance Jackson and David Ecton, Parker Kennedy Living focuses on a fresh approach to interiors with a deep-rooted interest in the traditional, along with overtones of Palm Beach style–a signature style they have termed “Preppy on the Edge.”

Standout Selection

The Thatcher Chair in deep, vivid green evokes the lush, garden feeling that the design team was after, while the bright white finish and trim gives it a buttoned-up, preppy glow!

Inspired by the clean, classic lines of the Brette Bench Cushion Sofa, the Parker Kennedy team envisioned their My Rowe Design space as a garden-inspired room. Drawing on the image of an English garden and a fresh palette of greens and peachy pink velvet, the designers layered abundant color and pattern to create their popular “classic with a contemporary flourish” style. Lance and David embraced the tiny details–elegant nailhead trim and crisp piping–that give a Rowe design its signature polished look.

Pencil Shavings StudioChic Vintage Modern from Pencil Shavings Studio

Rachel Shingleton is the Oklahoma City-based color-loving designer, interior stylist and storyteller behind Pencil Shavings Studio. Mixing up “casual, approachable style with a dash of glam” is her go-to formula, resulting in spaces which are functional, beautiful and almost always colorful–and Rachel’s My Rowe Design is no exception!

Standout Selection

Rachel’s choice of the Pike Ottoman combines vintage style with a modern edge, in her chosen accent “pop” of tomato red.

Envisioning “a pied-à-terre for a well-heeled woman who doesn’t take herself too seriously,” Rachel created a space that is utterly feminine, yet practical and tailored at the same time. Soft textures and pastels contrast with deeper hues and mixed metals to create a couture-inspired space that invites touch but still provides a hint of drama and intrigue.
